Added Value-The Key To Creating Irresistible Offers That Get Action Now

Friday, September 14th, 2007

By Robert Boduch Added value is about giving more to your customers than they could possibly get anywhere else. Most people today are value conscious. Its not the price that matters most — its the value they get as a result, that makes your widget worthy of the price. Give far more in use value to your customers… than you take from them in cash value. When you offer more with every purchase, the perceived value customers get from that purchase increases. Its this added value that gives you a clear and distinct advantage over every other business selling similar products. The idea here is to pump up the value of whatever it is youre selling. Make it far more beneficial and worthwhile to the customer to buy from you. You want to make the buying decision a no-brainer in your favor because of the tremendous added value you offer. Added value is as simple as throwing in additional premiums with each purchase. That might mean including a beautiful carrying case with every laptop… a chefs apron to go along with that new pasta maker… or a quality tool belt with every power drill. Many such premiums are available in quantity from specialized suppliers and at attractive prices. An easy and low cost way to create added value is to supply free printed reports, audiotapes, videos, or CDs. The key is to provide timely and relevant information that the buyer will find extremely helpful. Hopefully its something he or she cannot find anywhere else as well. Often these “extras” can be reproduced at a very low cost but the perceived value they add to a product can be worth one hundred times or more their actual costs. A large part of effective copywriting is having a strong offer. The stronger your offer the more appealing it is to prospects and the greater your chances of making the sale. Many direct response experts concur that if you want to improve your results — improve your offer. A better offer means added value. Buyers get more goods for their money. To find excellent examples of value-added marketing, look no further than your television screen. You can flip on your TV at any time of day or night and see plenty of illustrations of added value. The Ginsu Knife has been successfully sold for years using this single concept. You dont just get the one knife you get several all for one low price. Buy the world famous Ginsu Deluxe and you also get this… and this…. and this… and if you order within the next 8 minutes, youll also get this special bonus accessory absolutely free of charge! The marketers of the Ginsu have sold millions of packages using this value added approach. Book and CD clubs also use the added value concept to capture their share of this lucrative market. How do they win over customers who are used to buying their books and CDs at the local mall? By offering tremendous value up front. “5 Books For $5″ or “Choose Any 3 CDs FREE With Your First Order” are added value offers presented solely for the purpose of drawing in first time customers. Virtually any business could create added value with simple information products. Create added value, inside information items that help your customers in some way. It could be how to get more from their new equipment… how to properly maintain that equipment so it lasts longer and operates trouble-free for years… or, how to use your new widget 37 different ways around the home or office. Another option is to offer buyers related information theyre sure to be interested in. For example, a strawberry farm could offer a great recipe or two for delicious strawberry shortcake, pies, or tarts. It doesnt take much to create a perceptual feeling of added value. This example is a simple, inexpensive and appropriate added value bonus. Providing added value creates a win-win situation where everyone is pleased with the purchase. Your customers get more for their hard-earned dollars and theyre delighted to tell friends and associates about their positive experience. Added value brings in more referral business. You gain more loyal customers as word spreads about the extra advantages that only your company offers. How can you increase the perceived value of your offer today? A little creative effort here can make your sales proposition much more irresistible… and an irresistible offer draws many more eager customers. Why This? Why Now? Holistic Healing - Is This The Answer?

Friday, September 14th, 2007

By Diane Willbrandt Why This? Why Now? Holistic Healing. Is This The Answer? I have just created a new business as a designer of web pages and online marketing. My first customer was one of my best friends who approached me with her friends, saying “We need some business and some credibility. ” They were all into various avenues of holistic healing. I believe in the validity and integrity of the three women, so I decided to create the site: http://www.spiritenergyhealers.com. I not only believe in the ladies, but I believe in the product. I have always felt there is more to religion than going to church and just loving others. I have been fascinated by the spiritual side of it all. I have always felt there is more than just medicine and physicians to healing. I have seen the power of prayer, the strength of the human touch and the human mind. I look back to ancient times and the wisdom and power of healing with herbs, words and the earth, and I see empowerment there. I want to know why. There is more to healing, more to religion, more to spiritual guidance. I think the time has come when this all needs to come forward, and people open their minds and start to accept. The body, mind, spirit, and soul connection makes so much sense to me. How can we separate them? I want to be a part of this movement. As my friends and I came together and I looked at their business goals and ideas, I felt they were helping me as much as I was helping them. I needed to start somewhere with my small business, and I really knew little about websites. The conservative town of Grand Haven, Michigan was not totally ready for their approach to holistic healing through spiritual guidance, Reiki, Shamanism and Archetypes. We do have yoga, massage and hypnosis in this western part of Michigan, but as I traveled recently to the Western part of our nation, I saw much more than this. In every block in Bellingham, Washington, I witnessed rolfing, intuitive readings, career karma, and every kind of yoga and meditation opportunity imaginable. I even saw medical doctors affiliated with alternative healing. I was impressed.. Even on the Eastern side of Michigan, progression is taking place. As I searched on the web for sites like I wanted to produce, I saw that Michigan is full of offerings in the Detroit area and even in the city of Grand Rapids. Maybe there was hope for the ladies. Recently, a new office site opened near my home. The practitioners offered Reflexology, Water Therapy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Hypnosis and much more. It closed due to a lack of interest. All of the interesting evening sessions are gone too, due to lack of interest. What does it take to open minds? What does it take to get away from the narrow religious ideas held dear by our ancestors? I consider knowledge and exposure to be the answer, and as I write about Reiki, Shamanism, Alternative Healing and ideas, I know a supreme being is guiding me and guiding those willing to help others as they create new businesses. Let’s look at Reiki. My first exposure was an interesting and frightening experience. My friend’s home was across from mine. A beautiful home, it had been repossessed by the bank as the mom and daughters left one day leaving furniture and food on the table. Just left… Previously, I had witnessed police officers at the home taking away the stepfather of the children. He had sexually molested both of the daughters, and it soon was common knowledge in our small town. The home was on the market for an inexpensive price, and my friend purchased it. The home felt wrong. Something was just lacking in it, and we both knew it. We knew somewhat of what had happened, and the energy of it remained there. An inexplicable eeriness was present. I was informed that someone could help us. I had a do it yourself Feng Shui kit, but I needed more! The helper turned out to be a prominent women from the area; Lisa Lee. Lisa had been a parent at the school where I taught and on the school board. What? She did Reiki? What was this Reiki, and who really was this woman? I contacted her with my strange request: ” My friend’s home has bad energy and needs blessing. Help us please.” She arrived that evening, coughing and choking as she entered. Yes, there was negative energy left behind. It had nowhere to go. She went outside, “grounded herself” and came in again. She calmly explained the procedure, and we were enthralled and maybe somewhat frightened. We were both open to whatever was going to take place. She talked about energy having nowhere to go, and we are all made up of energy. Even when not present, a person’s energy can be left behind, and in this case, the energy from the pain and suffering of abuse lingered. This made sense to us, and what did we have to lose? Burning sage, rose water and prayers and blessings were ready for us to begin. As in the movie, “The Green Mile,” the Reiki Master took in the bad energy and coughed, choked and cried as she did. In some areas of the home, we were asked to stay away as she felt the worst energy was there. She urged us to pray and not take in any of the energy ourselves. What an experience. She blessed each room with her prayers and ours, then we went outside and blessed the perimeter of the home. She left us with peace and a new feeling in the home. She went to Lake Michigan nearby and immersed herself with water to release the negativity. Strangely enough, I believed in this and was no longer fearful. Many friends thought we “had gone off the deep end.” A few years later, my dear friend, Margret Bazany, continued to suffer from lifelong migraines with little relief from medication. She was led to Reiki and to the same Reiki Master who had helped us; Lisa Lee. I was amazed to watch her health change and to see her interest in becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher grow. She studied and worked on Reiki, then wandered to Colorado seeking workshops in Shamanism, a form of ancient Native American healing. As she progressed in this, new avenues opened to her, and she realized she had a gift in healing and guidance. She became a Shamanic practitioner and then found studies in Archetypes, a way of finding your pathways in life. She opened her own practice, and I listened and watched and shared her so very interesting experiences. A few days before my daughter’s wedding, we had a fun session at my home which turned quite serious. My son who lives in the Pacific Northwest was home for the wedding, and he, Margret, my daughter and I gathered at my home, contemplating the wedding nervously. Margret felt a Reiki session for each would help. Reiki is a procedure which is like a fully clothed massage where the hands hover over the body, shifting energy around and eliminating negative energy. So peaceful, so calming. My son and I were totally relaxed after our mini sessions. Then Margret focused on my daughter, the bride. She has suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome for years, and as tension increased, the intestinal spasms increased, and Katy was in fear there would be ill effects on her wedding day. Margret focused her energies on Katy’s lower abdomen. She coughed, choked and cried as she took in the negative in this body area. We were of course skeptical, but each of us had hope and faith in Margret. Besides, this was just a “fun session.” Whether it was actual healing or mind over matter ( and who is to say that is negative?!), Katy’s IBS improved, and not only was she healthy and serene on her wedding day, but she has had few attacks since! I was having fun with all of this Reiki business and loved hearing about any form of alternative healing. I guess it takes a believer in a product in order to promote that product. As I considered my new advocation of website design, Margret introduced me to others who had become her new “spiritual friends.” I listened and learned about womens’ guidance groups and finding animal totems and guides. I watched women who had found peace and solace in yoga, meditation and studying about alternative healing. I marveled at how they felt different and shunned at times in a small community and how they wanted to find their avenue to help others grow and expand and think and be at peace in a hectic society. Margret’s friends became my friends; Lydia, a former minister at a nearby church who now offered alternative worship, weddings and baptisms and helped women find their true being through “soul groups, weekend retreats and wilderness journeys. Then there was Cecelia, who working through the medical field, saw there was more than just medicine needed to make a person whole. She had also become a Reiki Master/Teacher and was specializing in Children’s Reiki and Animal Reiki. My first website began, and as I worked, I studied and saw the whole world of holistic healing through exploring other sites. I began searching for links to other sites and organizations and publications to which my group could become a part. I was enjoying learning about web design and people design. I have become a true believer in the product I am promoting for friends. I definitely think that if we are to find true peace, harmony and health within ourselves, we need to become whole. Our energy needs to be true energy, the impure toxics need to be cleansed and we need to take time to stop and let our energies flow free within us. We need to look farther than taking anti-depressants, fat-burners, diet pills and hundreds of other medications. It is time to open minds and openly look at what else life has to offer. Out there? Yes! But the time is now to heal, grow and be a part of our earth and life itself. I hope to promote this through my work and my helping others in their work. Ulcerative Colitis Medications

Thursday, September 13th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Patsy_Hamilton] Patsy Hamilton Ulcerative colitis disease affects about 500,000 people in the United States alone. It seems to be more prevalent in women than in men. The cause or causes are unknown. Treatment for the disease typically includes one of the ulcerative colitis medications, as well as alternative or complimentary therapies. Choosing an ulcerative colitis medication depends on known allergies and how much of or to what extent the colon is inflamed. One ulcerative colitis medication that has been used for over thirty years is an aminosalicylate. There are many brand names. These medications are considered effective treatments for Crohns and ulcerative colitis disease. Sulfasalazine is another one of the ulcerative colitis medications. It is used to treat mild to moderate Crohns and ulcerative colitis disease. Studies show that this ulcerative colitis medication is effective 80% of the time when used regularly to prevent flare-ups. However, those who are allergic to sulfa drugs cannot take sulfasalaine. Most people who cannot take sulfasalazine can take mesalamine, olsalazine or balsalazide. An ulcerative colitis medication is typically prescribed to put the disease into remission, meaning to prevent recurring symptoms. Ulcerative colitis disease is chronic. The only known cure is surgery to remove all or part of the colon. Those with mild to moderate symptoms are typically successful using ulcerative colitis medications and/or alternative or supplemental therapies. As with any prescription drugs, ulcerative colitis medications cause side effects in some people. These side effects may include nauseau, vomiting, diarrhea and headache. One ulcerative colitis medication, sulfasalazine, may reduce sperm count in men while they are taking it. These and other side effects often send people looking for other choices. Botanicals such as aloe is often recommended as a supplement to ulcerative colitis medication. One study suggests that omega-3 supplementation may reduce the need for ulcerative colitis medications. Chripractic treatments have been effective for some people in reducing the symptoms of ulcerative colitis disease. Massage therapy and acupuncture have providing relief for some who suffer from the disease. Avoiding certain products that contain caffeine, alcohol and anything that may have a laxative effect is typically recommended for persons using ulcerative colitis medication. These products can worsen symptoms and side effects. Many people who have ulcerative colitis disease have found that following a special diet has relieved their symptoms. Some report that their need for ulcerative colitis medications has been reduced. Others claim that they do not need any ulcerative colitis medication at all, as long as they follow their special diet. Most people who make these claims are either selling a cookbook, newsletter or special report. This is not to say that their claims are false, but if your doctor has prescribed an [http://www.digestive-disorders-guide.com] ulcerative colitis medication for you, it is not wise to stop taking it, no matter what other therapies you are trying, without consulting with him/her first. Dangerous Drugs

Tuesday, September 11th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=George_W._Cannata] George W. Cannata Vioxx, Celebrex, and Bextra: An editorial regarding dangerous drugs Generally my web site deals with Internet and other media markets, but whereas our motto is Caveat Emptor, Let the buyer beware and is consumer advocacy oriented, we will from time to time discuss anything in that is relevent to warning readers of problems. This is one of those instances where the public should be aware of whats going on. Thers been a lot of publicity regarding Vioxx which is probably the best known of the so-called Pain Killer Drugs, but Vioxx is not alone in this genre. Celebrex and Bextra are in the same family of drugs and are widely used to kill the pain of Arthritis and other ailments. It is not my place to criticize these medications; it is only to CAUTION YOU that these drugs are dangerous as are many other drugs, including Aspirin if it is abused. Far be it for me to demean the makers of these drugs, or the people that use them. I am plagued with Arthritis and other bone disease, but I cannot take this type of drug because of their side effects on other parts of my antaomy. I take others that are just as dangerous. In fact a year ago after I had had hip surgery I spent a week in the hospital because of overuse of Oxycontin and Hydrocodone My advice is Use caution and common sense consult your doctor befor taking any of these drugs. Never take any of them or any other drugs without his or her knowledge, even those sold over the counter. Many of them are not necessarily dangerous when taken by themselves, but taken in conjunction with other medictions, can be lethal. Heres an example of a drug conflict that occurred even when my physician was aware of all the medications I was taking and in this case, no one was to blame. I doubt that this situation occurs frequently. Drug manufacturers are careful to list side effects and it’s a good idea to read them and if you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist. I am a Diabetic and for seveal years I took a drug called Glucophage, a very benign medication. I develoed a case of Edema, swelling of the legs. To remedy Edema it is required that I take a Diuretic, or water pill. Every time I took a Diuretic I became violently ill. This became a crisis when I had a hip replacement, as I filled up with fluid and the only relief was a diuretic, which had near lethal effects. Im over eighty years old and take a number of drugs so it wasnt esy todetect this problem. When I was in rehab after hip surgery I was taken off all my oral medications and given Insulin for my Diabetes. Guess what? The Edema disappeared. Since I do not take Glucophage any more I am able to take diuretics daily with no ill effects. So the word is CAUTION be alert, be aware, keeep your doctor informed of all the medications you take, even over the counter products. BE AWARE. I wont get into the ramifications to do with the FDA and the manufacturers, you can read it in your local newspapers or go to the Food and Drug Administration web site: http://www.fda.gov/cder/drug/infopage/vioxx/vioxxQA.h Written by: George W. Depression - Symptoms, Causes and Treatment options

Monday, September 10th, 2007

By Knut Holt Depression is a complex of psychological and physical symptoms. Low mood level or sadness is often the most prominent symptom. The common property of these symptoms is a decreased activity level in parts of the brain. THE SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION Depression may give one or more of these symptoms: -Low mood level or sadness. -Lack of joy or interest in activities that were joyful before. -Pessimism. -Feel of guilt of something without any substantial reason to feel so. -Inferiority thoughts. -Irritability. -Slowness in the thought process. -Slowness in interpreting sensorial stimuli. -Slowness of digestion or other internal physical processes, and symptoms caused by this slowness, for example inflated stomach, constipation or difficulties by urination. -Slow physical reactions. Depression can be a mild disease that only causes some annoyance in the daily life, but can also get very serious and make a person totally unable to work and unable to participate in social life. By depression of some severity, there is also a greater risk of suicide. Depression can occur in all age classes. In teenagers lack of interest in school work, withdrawal from social life and difficult mood can be signs of depression. THE PHYSIOLOGICAL CHANGES THAT PRODUCE THE SYMPTOMS By depression there is a decreased amount of neurotransmitters in parts of the central nervous system, mainly deficiency of serotonin, but also to some extend of noradrenalin, acetylcholine, dopamine or gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA), or the nerve cells do not react properly by stimulation from neurotransmitters. A neurotransmitter is a signal substance that transmits the nerve signal through the junctions between two nerve cells. Serotonin and noradrenalin cause nerve cells to send impulses along to other nerve cells, and thus increase the activity in the brain. Deficiency of these substances causes slowness in parts of the brain, and that again causes the depressive symptoms. The role of GABA is the opposite, namely to slow down some nerve impulses, mainly those causing anxiety and panic response. Lack of GABA causes higher anxiety and easier panic response. Yet, lack of this transmitter also seems to cause depressive symptoms. This is because a too high activity in some brain processes may slow down other processes. There are many causes and subtypes of depression with different physiological mechanisms involved. TYPES OF DEPRESSION Depression is often divided into subtypes according to exhibited symptoms. 1. Mono-polar depression and dysthymic disorder By mono-polar depression there are pure depressive symptoms. Mild cases of mono-polar disorder that do not affect a persons ability to work and to participate in social activities are often called dysthymic disorder. 2. Bipolar disorder (manic-depressive disease) and cyclothymic disorder In this condition there are periods with symptoms of depression - the depressive phase, alternating with periods of elevated mood level with increased mental and physical activity - the manic phase. In the manic phase, the affected person also sleeps poorly and has concentration difficulties. A mild form of this disease is called cyclothymic disorder. 3. Manic disorder This condition is characterized by abnormally elevated mood, by unrealistic optimism, by lack of sleep and by hyperactive behaviour. Many psychiatrists think that this disorder is simply the same disease as bipolar disorder where the depressive face has not yet occurred. 4. Depression with mainly physical symptoms Sometimes the physical symptoms of depression are alone or dominant, as for example: Digestive problems, constipation, difficulties with urination, slow response to sensorial stimuli or slow physical reactions. CAUSES OF DEPRESSION Two or more factors can have an effect simultaneously to cause depression. Depression can be an independent disease, or a part of other disease. Depression is also divided into different subtypes according to cause. 1. Reactive depression This disease is simply a result from psychological stress, physical struggle or mental straining without proper rest or sleep over a long time period. The straining will simply wear out the nervous system or deplete the organism from nutrient necessary for the nervous system to work properly. 2. Endogenous depression When there has not been any period of stress, straining or lack of rest that can explain the condition, the condition is often called endogenous depression. Inheritance is thought to be a part of the cause. 3. Depression by physical disease Depression or depressive symptoms may be a symptom of physical disease. This is perhaps the most common cause of depression. Diseases often associated with depression are: Heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, hypertension or Cushing’s syndrome. Mononucleosis or flu may trigger depression that continues after the infection has gone. By lack of thyroid hormones, hypothyroidism, the metabolism in the whole body is slowed down, including the production of neurotransmitters in the brain. Therefore depression is an important symptom of hypothyroidism. 4. Depressive symptoms as a consequence of unsound lifestyle A general unsound lifestyle with too less exercise, too much of stimulants like alcohol, coffee or tea, too less of important nutrient and too much of sugar and fat may give depressive symptoms, as well as physical problems. 5. Postnatal depression Women will often have a period of depression after pregnancy and berth of the baby Pregnancy and berth is physically and mentally exhausting, and may drain the body for nutrient. This in turn can cause depressive symptoms 6. Seasonal affective disorder Depression can occur in cold and dark periods of the year and go away in warm and light periods. Light stimulates brain activity, and lack of light is a causative factor. TREATMENT OF DEPRESSION Serious or prolonged depression is often treated with anti-depressive medication. Medicines used against depression generally increase the level of neurotransmitters like serotonin in the central nervous system, or they mimic the neurotransmitters. The medications mostly used today increase the serotonin concentration by decreasing the removal of serotonin from the space around nerve cells. Examples of this medication type are: Fluoxetine (Prozac), fluvoxamine (Luvox), paroxetine (Paxil), escitalopram (Lexapro, Celexa), sentraline (zoloft). By bipolar disorder in the manic face, heavy tranquilizers (neuroleptica) are used to stop the manic symptoms. By bipolar disorder, lithium salts are sometimes used to stabilize the condition, and prevent new outbreak of depressive or manic faces. Psychotherapy is sometimes used by depression, usually in combination with medication. Sometimes serious depression is treated by applying electric shock through the head, electroconvulsive therapy. The shock induces epileptic eruption of nerve signals through the brain and this gives cramps throughout the body. The cramps are alleviated or stopped by applying anaesthesia before the electroshock. This form of treatment is controversial, since it can cause memory loss and is suspected of causing brain damage. The possibility of brain damage is however denied by most psychiatrists. By seasonal depression, light therapy maybe useful. Adjustment of lifestyle should always be considered by depression or depressive symptoms. Lifestyle measures can sometimes be enough to cure depressive symptoms before a serious depression develop. Lifestyle adjustments can be: - To slow down a stressful life with too much work or activities. - Enough rest and sleep. - A good diet with enough of necessary nutrients. - Some physical exercise. - Meditation. - Supplement of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, lecithin, amino acids and essential fatty acids. - Stimulants like coffee or tea may help against depressive feelings in moderate amount. However, if you are a heavy user of these stimulants, you should cut down on your consumption. There exist nutritional products in the marked to help against depressive symptoms. These contain ingredients that the brain uses as building blocks for neurotransmitters, for example amino acids and lecithin. They also often contain vitamins and minerals that the brain uses as tools to produce neurotransmitters, especially vitamin B6. Supplements may further contain herbal extracts that trigger higher brain activity much like anti-depressive medications, but may have fewer side effects. Study Abroad Programs: Why Every College Student Should Study Abroad

Monday, September 10th, 2007

By L. Frankel The benefits of studying abroad cannot be underestimated. There is no downside to studying abroad and the upside is huge. From learning a new language to gaining a better understanding of world politics, studying abroad can make you a far more desirable hire to potential employers. If the person interviewing you also studied abroad, it can be the key to making that connection with them that sets you apart from the others. Here are four things that you will learn abroad that will set you apart from your classmates who don’t study overseas. 1. You will learn and understand a new culture Doing business with someone is always tricky, but doing it with a person or company in a different country is even more difficult. In some cultures, people say exactly what they are thinking. For instance, if you went abroad to a meeting and someone said, “John, nice to see you. You look much fatter than the last time I saw you,” as an American you would be greatly offended. However, if you understood the culture and knew that the comment was meant as an observation and not an insult, it would be easier to laugh off. Without an understanding of that culture, the whole business relationship could be ruined. 2. You will have a better understand of foreign politics Not only will you gain a better understanding of the general politics of a country, but you’ll understand the bureaucracy as well. If your company needs to get something done overseas and you know how to work through the system, you will be that much more valuable to your employer. 3. You will learn a new language faster than taking a class Your average language class meets for 45 hours per semester. Your average day abroad involves 16 hours per day of immersion in a new language. So, in 3 days abroad you hear and are immersed in a language more than you are in a class for an entire semester! It is also much easier to learn a language when it is being used in normal day-to-day situations. Sure, you can learn the basics by reading a textbook or listening to a teacher, but nothing will make you understand a language better than being immersed in it. 4. You will learn to be flexible and patient The two things that everyone who studies abroad learns to master are flexibility and patience. Not everyone in the world eats dinner at 6pm, or has hot water all day long, or has a dryer. So, you learn to adapt and be flexible in your new situation. Part of this adaptation involves a fairly high level of patience, as in the U.S. you would probably be pretty upset if you didn’t have hot water! Employees who are flexible and patient are a blessing to every boss. There’s nothing a manager hates more than an employee who can’t easily switch gears or sit back and wait. Remember that studying abroad not only increases your value as a potential asset to your future employers, but expands your view on the world as well. If you are interested in studying abroad I would recommend visiting http://www.academicstudies.com. Being ‘Lucky’ With Women and Dating

Sunday, September 9th, 2007

By Rion Williams Any dating teacher who comes at the approach to women of being ‘lucky’, I would question what they are doing and teaching. There really is a lot of bad advice out there and I just have to say it. Some of the advice out there will actually make things worse, damage your psyche, repel women even more and get you further away from success with women. Mainstream advice (including men’s magazines) is pretty far off too. Take her on an expensive dinner date and maybe you’ll ‘get lucky’ at the end of it. All of it is so antiquated. Women don’t want massive levels of pressure and social expectation forced upon them. When you go on a date and pay for her time with money or gifts, they feel like they ‘owe’ you something. That’s most likely not going to get you anywhere. It’s a waste of time and money if she’s not interested in you. The men’s magazines are notorious for setting men up for failure. Not only are they leaders of sexploiting women as a behavioral conditioning stimulus for men to habitually fear, but they give men terrible advice. Things like, do this and you ‘might’ get lucky with her. We’d lose one testicle just to have a date with her, etc. And the men take what’s in front of them as truth especially when the women with these same attributes behave this way; it only further reinforces her as ‘the prize’. You take this relational approach of being the response to a woman’s (body or ’sexuality’) and you will consistently fail. It’s not in the pick-up lines; those only exacerbate the problem and make it even clearer to her because women already know where you’re coming from. From your relational approach they can tell if they’re interested, maybe interested or definitely not interested. In the maybe interested, they just want to find out more if you can hold your own against her ‘power’. It’s a relational power game upfront with dating. If you’re a mainstream guy, you’ve been conditioned to fail with women whether you know it or not. If the pussy is on a pedestal and you’re the ‘response’, your body language will be broadcasting all the wrong things. That’s why it’s so ‘difficult’. Any putting the woman as the prize to be caught is ineffective. It’s unnatural. Why? Because the way of attraction is that the woman is the response to the stimulus of man. She can’t feel natural attraction or physiological response if he’s doing the backwards thing society tells him to do. She can’t trust him or open up to him if she knows he’s too eager to ‘get some’ of her as the prize. There’s no value in it for her unless she’s really horny and desperate at the time. Who has the relational authority and power when it’s the man who could ‘get lucky’? The woman does. And that’s what’s wrong. It doesn’t work that way. Oh sure, if she wants to use him for more meals or to lock him in for a long-term relationship for his social and personal attributes, the guy could be ‘lucky’…but she still owns him. So anything that says ‘do this’ to ‘get lucky’ with women is just coming from the behavioral reality of women being the prize and you’re just like another hot dog trying to ‘get some’. The answer is in relational dynamics. Re-condition yourself (not from inner game because it’s not enough) to never give your power away and put sexy women in the proper relational dynamic. You have to be the stimulus so they can physiologically trust you in order for them to open up. This is near impossible for most men and it’s getting worse. The way of the natural and those few which are ‘above the game’ is a different relational reality completely. It’s one where there isn’t any luck, rather predictable and consistent results. Sure there will be variables on the levels of response but there is no fear, no drama, no ‘luck’. If you believe like most men that you’d be ‘lucky’ just to get in bed with a woman and you actually care about this area of your life, seriously seek the answers. You will find a lot in my resources that will get you on the right track. It’s not enough that you re-affirm to yourself that ‘I’m the prize’ because that’s not got enough leverage up against the exploited beauty of these women to make a real change for you. Re-affirming or ‘believing’ that you deserve beautiful women in most cases isn’t enough because of your emotional attribution and behavior conditioning which habitually says you don’t deserve them. My success with women is consistent and even predictable. Learn the way. Luck is for the ignorant. Power, attraction and sex is for the cognizant men who are applying relational dynamics. Real Estate Marketing Flyers; 24/7 Marketing

Friday, September 7th, 2007

By Lanard Perry A real estate marketing flyer box is a “24 hours a day agent”, and is standard equipment among high producing real estate agents. And what do you suppose you do with them? Stuff them with real estate marketing flyers, of course! And as you may know, real state marketing flyers are the bread and butter of the real estate indusrtry. A good, informative real estate marketing flyer has enough information on it to get the most desireable response; a phone call or email message to you. The rest, as the say, will be up to you. The flyer should at a minimum have your full name, address, and phone number(s), your photograph, a photograph or two of the listings, price, property description, and description of the location, neighborhood, and amenities. A good real estate marketing flyer will also be attractively designed, neat and devoid of clutter. It should also be done in clear and easy to read type fonts. Although color copies are relatively expensive these days it is still a good idea to have at least a splash of color. Perhaps your real estate marketing flyer can reflect the happenings in your community, such as a photograph of the local sports team, an attractive park in the area, or a scenic view. Let the flyer sell you and your listings for you! And as implied above, real estate marketing flyers are no longer restricted to placement inside homes. Additionally, you can place them outside homes and have them market your listings 24/7. Many real estate marketing flyer boxes come equipped with easy reach business card dispensers. Some all-weather-resistant construction boxes will hold over one hundred single sheet flyers in a upright fashion. No slouching, no bunching! The self-closing lid and ventilation system keeps the real estate marketing flyers just like new. So, if you’re not marketing via real estate marketing flyers, or if you are not marketing with outside flyer boxes you may want to consider stepping it up a notch or two. Afterall, the more successful agents are marketing 24/7! Are you? Seeds of Change

Thursday, September 6th, 2007

By E. Raymond Rock Over 4,000 different belief systems exist in the world, each with its proponents understandably claiming that people of faiths other than theirs are doomed. This is to be expected; otherwise, advocates would not feel secure within their beliefs three thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine beliefs must be wrong! Couple this with each organization encouraging their flock to proselytize, spread the word, and we can quickly recognize the seeds of conflict, seeds that have led to so many wars caused by deep-seated differences of beliefs or ideals, with millions of lives lost. Once we crystallize our beliefs, about whom we are and what or if God is, then all inquiry stops, and sectarian strife begins. Our eyes close. But there is another way to live, and that way is to live in harmony, together, where we can keep all our beliefs and twist as many arms as we like. But this way requires acceptance and surrender to the fact that not everybody will believe as we do (as hard as that is to swallow). We all continue our search inwardly for Truth, or God, or call it what you will, in our own ways, even if we think that we have found it. But we also intuitively know, that as human beings, we are not that Truth, because we are not lasting. We might be part of that Truth, or it might be a part of us, but our bodies change, grow old, and die, where our Truth surely doesnt our Truth is stable, eternal, loving, and compassionate. We are merely the result of conditions. Something had to happen . . . for us to happen. A sperm and an egg, karma, a pre-existing soul, whatever; we are the result of something. Yet our Truth is not. It had no beginning; it has no ending. It was not conditioned; there were no conditions present to make Truth happen. It was simply always there. Since we are a result of conditions, a result of something, unlike our Truth that is not a result of previous conditions; we are, by nature, vacillating and changeable. We are scattered about, here and there, and far away from that oneness of our Truth. Because we are not integrated, as our Truth is, we cant control the changes that endlessly occur, and we find ourselves trapped in that nasty middle management dilemma of having crushing perceived responsibility, with no authority! This is a certain recipe for stress, and stress is fact of life that cant be denied if we are truthful about our lifelong experience. If we did have a real self, wouldnt that self have some power over the changing landscape of our bodies and minds? The fact is; there is no self in control of anything, we just think there is. There is no self, other than the one we create in our minds, and how could such a creation as this have any chance to relate to that great Truth we aspire to? Our self is a result of conditions; we have created it, and therefore it is causal, conditioned, human, and not divine at all. It is only when we are able to see and understand this self, recognizing that it is not substantial and not worth our undying attention, that we can shift focus and really connect with that something greater. But its not the self that connects with Truth, or the self that has a relationship with Truth; it is Truth emerging in the absence of the self in other words, we are really this Truth we chase after. Isnt it ironic that this ineffable Truth has always been right here, within us, and all we had to do was get our self out of the way for a moment in order to see it! When we finally do see through this illusion of self and realize the attachment we have formed toward it, then our other attachments, all of them, even those connected to our views and opinions, are gladly sacrificed in deference to that higher power . . . that liberating Truth. As a matter of fact, we even give up our attachment to the one who is realizing all of this! Now, finally, we can experience authentic peace, a breath of fresh air, a tremendous relief. We have nothing left to lose at this point, with only the delights of life to engage us without the dreadful perceived burden of taking ownership and protecting them. Our opinions and beliefs become just opinions and beliefs thoughts not ideals to be defended to the death. We are no longer attached, no longer grasping and clinging, and life is more mature and joyful now, expanded and open in so many astonishing ways. At this new level of consciousness, we can see that causal things, like our bodies and minds, simply act in certain ways, and we can now understand and accept that. There is nobody getting anywhere; we are already here, and the Truth is not to be attained; it is already here as well. This point in our lives, where we recognize in our hearts that much of our stress is caused by things shifting about randomly, uncontrolled by any underlying self, is the exact point where we approach enlightenment, and where we are truly saved saved from ourselves. And although it will take only a handful of enlightened people to change the world, dont worry about that now; just change yourself! E.
